Scrapyがinstallされていなかったので

>conda install -c https://conda.anaconda.org/anaconda scrapy
とした。scrapyだけが」installされるのだろうとおもっていたら
新規installが18、アップデートが4個入ってきた。

で実行すると本のとおりのフォルダー構造ができていた。

__init__.pyには何も記載なし
